      Associate Sales Representative Interview

      31 Mar 2017
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stack Overflow (London, England)

      Interview

The interview process was smooth in general however difficult and was made up of a total of 9 stages. You first have you rinitial phone call with a recruiter (for about an hour), then a few personality/ IQ tests and a writing exercise. You then have an informal lunch interview with 3-4 current employees to see if you're a cultural fit. Afterwords you interview with another 2-3 people (Sales managers). Then you have another 2-3 interviews with executives. After each step you are being reviewed and their process is that you are only passed onto the next step if every other interviewer has given you a "yes". If you get a single "no" from anyone in this chain of conducting interviews you're out.
