StackAdapt Application-Manager interview questions

There were 3 remote interviews through Teams: Recruiter , Manager & Case Scenario Presentation. The recruiter interview focused on soft skills, the manager interview was a mix of review of experience and scenario based questions and the case scenario was a presentation I had to prepare to show how I would manage the application team and what solutions I would suggest. The whole process has been done in 2 weeks, however the decision took 1 month and a half.
