Hiring was a simple walk-in. They test you for drugs and run a background during heavy seasons they will literally hire 90% of the people who passed the drug test and background.

If you can sign your name and pass a 30 second background check and saliva drug screen, you're in. It's really a joke. If you have 2 arms and 2 legs that function halfway properly, they will send you to the Technicolor warehouse on Lamar, often times the very same day
