Interview
The process moved very quickly, I applied to the job through LinkedIn and received a phone call that same day. After the informational interview about the position I was given a day to think about whether or not I wanted to proceed with the process. I called back the following day to confirm my interest and was given a different number to reach out to another employee about an in person interview later that week. We spoke the next day and scheduled an interview for the end of that week. The interview was average with no difficult or out of the blue questions and I spoke with two different employees, mostly about my past experience. At the end of the interview it was mentioned there would likely be an office visit later in the month to see if the company would be a good fit. I sent a follow-up email to thank both the individuals I spoke with; however I never heard back. I would have liked to receive some sort of contact regarding the position rather than waiting for weeks with no response because a response telling me it was not a good fit is always preferred rather than no response at all.
