Interview
First round with recruiter, was standard. Then 2 rounds - 1. Managerial and 1 systems, then a take home assignment and presentation in front of the team. The take home assignment is open ended. I had a thoroughly designed system that they were happy with.

The interview was great and straightforward. It consists of a couple of steps:
- HR screening
- Home assignment
- 1 hour technical and 1 hour behavioural
