Teaching philosophy, how I handle IEPs and students with diverse needs, tech use in the classroom
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stafford County Public School System (Stafford, VA)
Interview
Professional and understanding principal. Questions were relevant. The work environment seems genuinely caring and open to new ideas. People seem happy to work there, in general. Questions were not out there, but did a good job of gauging subject matter info as well as personality fit within the school. It wasn't a complicated process.
