Interview process was quite hard. I mean it was definitely harder than my other job interviews because it delved into scenarios where they looked for key words and such. One of my questions was what does safeguarding mean to you. i didn’t quite know what it meant and thought my interview process was over at that point!

I first submitted my CV and cover letter, then I was invited to skype interview, after that they sent me an offer to accept and then all the documents I require for the job.
