A skype interview for the first time from the head of school and then second skype talk with two heads of department. And school tour later when I arrived in Hong Kong.

Their questions are like an interrogation and you don’t feel the connection and warmth of the company. You are made to feel very formal and even uncomfortable. I gathered from the interview that you are not supposed to ask any questions at the end of the interview if you want to be in their good books.
