Stampede America interview questions

I got called and asked about relative experience. I was then asked if I could perform all the duties of the job. I was then asked about my political views. Then dida second phone interview of pretty much the same questions. Finally met with someone at a hotel where they briefly asked the same questions then went over the job and urged me to start that day. They really just want to fill the position. If you can do the job after reading the description, you'll probably get it. The process is quite casual almost unprofessional.
