This was for a contractor role. A recruiter scheduled a 30 min quick chat. The questions weren't difficult but i don't think there was enough information in the posting to prepare.

Interview
Your first on a screening call with an HR representative, then you participate in an afternoon of a two to four hour panel interview with various employees. It usually one or two people at a time.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stand Together Foundation
Interview
A first round of interview was done with an HR representative. A second was done with the team Director and an additional staff member. The second was much more technical than the first.
