Interview
The first round is the pymetrics assessment. The second round (~2 weeks later) is a Superday with 2-3 interviews with desk members and then a group exercise with the other interviewees.
Online assessment (pyrometrics, hirevue). Assessment centre with other applicants. Includes a case study where discussion was watched on by team members and HR then interview with team members. Final interview with manager.
