The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank
Interview
There are aptitude tests for logic and numbers. Then an email for a video interview was sent to email immediately after.
Video interview requires you to record yourself and gives around 1.5mins for each question. Totaling to around 11 questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (Karāchi) in June 2024
Interview
The entire process consisted of 5 steps. Applied online through their website. Then got invited to the gamified assessment, after that was the behavioural assessment. Once I passed these two, I got the invitation for a recorded digital interview. After that came the assessment centre, where I had to prepare a presentation on a business innovation for SCP and present it to a panel of senior management. The panel asked both technical and behavioural questions about the presentation and my past experiences. Once I cleared that I was scheduled for the final interview. The final interview was short, only 20 minutes. Felt more like a formality than anything else. Questions were mostly age old ones like "Why banking and why SCP" and "Tell me about this work experience." It's been about 2 weeks since the final interview and I'm still waiting for a response despite having reached out to the recruiter, so do expect some delays from the HR.
