The first is HR phone interview mainly as a screening purpose, followed by two face to face interviews with immediate supervisor and upper manager. Each of the hiring manager interview last around 40 mins.

The interveiw process was smooth till the senior management in the final (third) round started to negoiate around the salary. Berated my work experience just to try to make me lower my salary expectation

Interview
The phone interview went well. I was called for a group interview with 5 persons. No one asked me question about my background or previous experience. They all focused on providing situations which I would deal with - case studies and wanted me to respond to them. I was not prepared and was not successul. No job offer was made.
