The interview process includes an initial application review, phone screening, in-person or virtual interviews with multiple rounds, skill assessments, reference checks, and final decision-making by the hiring team. Hiring team is very reasonable.

After initial resume screen is a 45 min interview with one of the team leads, who goes over your past work and asks you questions about each of them. The person was rude and disinterested in the conversation.
