I applied through university. I interviewed at Stanford University
Interview
There was a lengthy set of interviews and a computer matching system that matched resident advisors with the student staff. I have been happy with the process. It gave students and employees a voice.
Nice interview process, went through a few rounds and explained a bit about myself and they explained more about the tasks and responsibilities of a resident assistant. Asked questions in order to see if I was a good fit for the specific dorm
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you implement diversity and inclusion to create a safe environment for residents?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford University (Stanford, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Got interviewed by team of professionals and also by team of current Resident Assistant and other house members. They gave me a pretty good idea of the place I would be working at. My main recommendation would be to be light-humored and go in with a relaxed attitude.
