Interview
There are initial questions as well as physical tests that you have to pass. The questions are mainly just trying to get to know you better. The physical tests are to see if you are physically strong enough to swim.

Initial questions: What are your interests? When are you available?
Additional tests: Swim 50 yards with a 10 lb weight.
Interviewed a couple years ago. The process was timely and organized. Looking for someone who is competent and able to show up on time. Looking for a responsible adult who can pass lifeguard training
