I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford University (Stanford, CA) in June 2015
Interview
The interview was casual and relaxing. The interviewer asked about previous experience and how it could be applicable to Stanford's setting. He asked some hypothetical questions about how I would perform if faced with a specific task. It seemed like they were more interested in my people skills and communication ability than the answers of the actual questions.

Interview
The interview process was very long. There was an initial call from HR to see if I was a fit for the position before moving onto the hiring manager. After that I had two group interviews and another one-on-one interview and an onsite visit. I think all in all- the interview process took about 2 months?

Interview
It was a three step interview process first one was casual via Zoom. The second one was with one of the higher ups in the department and then the third one was with a panel.

Question 1
What are some words to describe yourself? Why are you leaving your current company? Please describe a time when you had conflict with a coworker. Please describe a time where you had to solve the problem. What is your strength and weakness?
It was okay but mostly due to recruiter being inaccurate. I would try to apply again in future! Wish they had more remote options and flexibility for commuter benefits. Takes along time to hear back about applications
