Screening with HR. The person interviewing me rushed through the intro about the company and the role very mechanically. 20 mins into the interview it turned out that there was a must have experience/qualification they were looking for which I haven't had - btw this was NOT listed in the job posting under their expectations. After that the recruiter completely disengaged, bordering on being disrespectful. Complete waste of my time.
