It was very informal and up front about the job. It gave a reason for your wage rate and how to increase that rate. The actual interview process was nothing more than asking for basic information that was already provided, and you had sent a different interview to corporate to look at.

Open question setting, quick description of the job, schedule, pay. Filled out a couple forms, have to have a decent driving record. Commission based. Seems like a job where you get what you put in.
