Written Test on paper. Some electronics questions, question on past projects. Nothing unusual.
Manager and line manager sat and asked questions. Some questions on DFMEA and safety processes.
At the time the were working through approvals. So asked some questions on En approvals.

Basic C questions and some electronics like OP Amps.
Some questions on Safety and DFMEA.
They also use LAbview quite heavenly for testing.
