Staples Copy Center Lead interview questions

My process consisted of a verbal conversation with the manager, followed by online application, then a few online questionaires/ surveys that were mostly honestly/ ethics questions. Then there was a delay of a few weeks and then I was scheduled in the department to shadow the existing lead who was leaving. I had worked in the department before, so I am not sure if the process is different for brand new employees.
