On-site interview. Reviewed resume in-hand, went through three levels of management interviews and was hired on the spot. Was 17 years old at the time, loved the process and time there from the start to the end.

About my previous experience and what I wanted to do at Staples if hired. What I was good at etc., they really considered this when placing me.
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Why are you interested in changing industries an why are you interested in this particular position?
Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
