A lot of questions about my sales background and customer service background. I first interviewed with the GM and in a second interview with the GM and the District manager. After the second interview I took a skills test.

Interviewer was a good sport and very engaged. Multiple interviews with different levels. First one was short, while the second was over half an hour. I had a very positive experience.

Inconsistent, make sure to not be yourself, tell them what they want to hear like that you love metrics, developing people, and a fast pace environment, you say yes to everything and do not make dumb decisions, and you hold people accountable with the tools the company provides
