Interview
Depending on which type of manager is working that day, they typically meet you at the front entrance. They walk you back into either a conference room or their office, which is when the interview starts. They begin asking you about yourself, personal and work related questions. After about 10 mins they begin asking you open ended scenarios which they expected you to give at least some sort of response. Total interview time is about 30-45 mins.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help a customer?
Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels

easy and to the point, the interviewer was kind and understood i was a student. took my schedule into account and my lack of prior experience. was not a difficult interview, took maybe ten minytes
