A 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter who asked the usual mundane questions; a description of the job duties, required 45 hour work week, pay scale, bonus structure and promotion possibilities, all culminating in a false hope ending. Received an email 3 weeks later stating that my qualifications didn't meet their needs.

Interviewer was a good sport and very engaged. Multiple interviews with different levels. First one was short, while the second was over half an hour. I had a very positive experience.

For Staples there was a job fair style interview where you choose a time to sit an speak with the Hiring Manager. It’s was basic not to difficult you need sales and strong management experience there.

Inconsistent, make sure to not be yourself, tell them what they want to hear like that you love metrics, developing people, and a fast pace environment, you say yes to everything and do not make dumb decisions, and you hold people accountable with the tools the company provides
