I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Staples (Mason, OH) in June 2018
Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter. She then approved me and set me up for a phone interview with the HR Business Partner. After that I interviewed with a district manager at a local store. He moved me forward to interview with the Regional VP. Overall, they were typical interviews to measure intelligence related to the field. If you aren't familiar with DPT, conversions, etc, you won't do well. There were a lot of financial questions on the last 2 interviews pertaining mainly to a P&L and labor %s.
They were all very friendly and honest about pay, potential and where the company was at. As I was being recruited by them I had a lot of questions about the company and the direction they were going. I am very analytical so I also asked about their internal numbers and they were happy to share them with me, even the bad ones.

Question 1
How did I get my team to buy in to a sales culture?
The interview process was very easy. It was only a 1 part interview, no second one required. I was only asked about 5 questions and then was told about how the job actually is.
Needed to wait 30 minutes for interviewer to be ready, but after it went smooth and easy. Asked about background and some general retail experience questions. Overall a good experience.
Remote interview via Microsoft Teams, with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resource Manager. Regional Manager does another one on one to offer position. Then you will work with HR throughout onboarding until officially hired.
