Interview
First phone call was to set up and interview within two days. Interview lasted about 45 mins. A talk with the GM and the Manager had to take place. If you are lucky, the next phone call will be received in a week or so. Then its paper work and prep for your first day.

Explain about how you had to deal with a difficult customer.
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview.He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional

Why are you interested in changing industries an why are you interested in this particular position?
Simple and easy, encouraged for part-time jobs and with a good team enviornment. flexible schedule as well helped with part-time university/school schedules. It was a good experience and reccomended for retail opportunities
