I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Staples
Interview
Applied online for the position of Sales Associate and didn't get a call for an interview until 3 months later. Interview was pretty simple, it was with the general manager and she asked standard questions like why do you want to work here, strengths/weaknesses etc. I had no prior work experience but the skills listed in my resume and my answers to the scenario questions seemed to stand out to her. She told me she had two available positions, for sales associate and copy & print center associate. I said i'd be good with either one, and she told me she'd let me know by the end of the week. Got a call a few days later and she offered me the Copy & Print associate job.
