Very easy interview asked questions about sale and customer service. They asked you to sell items to them from their store. What would you sell to go with this printer. What would you sell with this computer etc.

Inconsistent, make sure to not be yourself, tell them what they want to hear like that you love metrics, developing people, and a fast pace environment, you say yes to everything and do not make dumb decisions, and you hold people accountable with the tools the company provides
