I contacted a recruiter after I felt the position fit what I was looking for. After that I had a phone interview with a District Sales Manager, then spoke with two different account managers. Had an informal interview with a Regional Manager and from there another District Sales Manager. As of now I am still waiting on hearing an offer which should be made relatively soon. We will see.

The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
