Manager was unsure and not confident in who he was hiring. He wasnt too sure of anything really. He basically expected me to come in and beg for the position at the lease amount of pay expected.

I was asked if I would make it to work even if I was sick because I was not allowed to miss a day, not even one.
Causal and Honest. Straight forward interview. It lasted 30 minutes with senior management team . Interview goes over work culture and what your can bring to the team. Overall a great learning and growth experience

The interview was a 1 on 1 with the manager of that department. I was hired after the first interview. I was hired for team supervisor but ended up in Easy tech as a tech associate.

Interview
Opposite from the other review. I applied for a lesser position and was offered this. So I don't believe it's bait and switch. I think the positions fill quick, they contact you ASAP and try to find a place for you that is open. There is also an aptitude if you qualify they will want to place you hirer. If you don't you may place lower. Common sense right.
