Interview
Quick, the questions were pretty basic and easy to answer without much to think about. Was in and out within 10 minutes of entering the store and completing the interview.

Tech experience (ex. preferred phone and computer OS, things of that nature)
Sit down meeting with a manager and team lead. Asked questions to verify if I knew anything about tech. Did not ask about sales experience. That was the most challenging part of the job for me.

interview process is very simple and straightforward. They are making sure that you are comfortable approaching people. They also want to get to know you as a person and make sure that you are a good fit in the store.

How would you handle an upset customer in the store?
I had three interviews with three different managers. The first manager asked general questions, the second manager asked more specific training questions, and the third manager discussed more specific position questions.
