Interview
One interview with the GM, and two separate interviews with two different Assistant Manager's. Three interviews seemed much, but I had a quick response, as for employment. The process overall was very quick and efficient! The interview helped match me with a great team, in a great store, and I was proud to be able to be part of the Staples community in store #1641, known as the Powerhouse, of the Bronx.
Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels

easy and to the point, the interviewer was kind and understood i was a student. took my schedule into account and my lack of prior experience. was not a difficult interview, took maybe ten minytes
