I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Staples (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2013
Interview
Short. Few questions on furniture pad. The employee who later told me the reason he hired me was because I was cute. Didn't ask me too many questions about work but more about my personal life. Asked what I've done in the past with jobs. I led the interview by knowing what to say as he sat there.
Causal and Honest. Straight forward interview. It lasted 30 minutes with senior management team . Interview goes over work culture and what your can bring to the team. Overall a great learning and growth experience

Interview
Opposite from the other review. I applied for a lesser position and was offered this. So I don't believe it's bait and switch. I think the positions fill quick, they contact you ASAP and try to find a place for you that is open. There is also an aptitude if you qualify they will want to place you hirer. If you don't you may place lower. Common sense right.
