Staples Senior Manager interview questions

I was referred by internal source; I received email from the recruiter within couple of days of applying online. After the first round of telephonic interview I was asked to appear for 4 round of interview all the 4 rounds were on the same day; the interviewers were peers and individual who reported to this Sr Manager. Received feedback within 24hrs that another candidate was selected who was referred by someone on the team. (Half of the new folks on the interview panel had worked together at Monster.) I appreciate the Quick turnaround.

1 Phone Interview with Hiring Manager, 1 Onsite Interview with the hiring manager, which included a presentation, as well as 1:1 with an Engineering Lead, and Sr. Product Manager which were basically an overview of the resume and past experiences.
