I applied online and got a call to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. When I went in we just discussed my background and briefly went over the position. I got called back in for a second interview where I sat with a few other people while the hiring manager went into more depth about the company and the clients that they worked with. Afterwards, I was able to speak with the manager again to finalize and discuss what compensation would be etc.
