Full day interview - had to go through a recruitment agency in South Africa. First had an interview with the recruitement agency, from there they scheduled a day when someone from Starboard was in the country. This was a group interview scenario with about 30 applicants. After an entire day of group activities we were informed if we were hired or not within 2 weeks.

Question 1
Do a 3 - 4 minute sales presentation where you ave to sell them a certain item like alcohol, perfume, etc. You also have to do group activities, like selling a product where one person is the sales assistant and the other the customer. If you perform these with lots of energy and positivity you will be fine.
