First interview with recruiter, second round with the team. I believe there is a third round but I am not sure. The first round with HR is very easy and more so about telling you about the role, and the company benefits. I was then moved to the second round with the team which is also done via zoom where they ask you more in depth questions such as why buying, why this company, how do you stay organized, etc. The second interview is pretty average, i wouldnt say easy but definitely prepare to make sure you can answer why this role and why the company. A lot of the interview is really about getting to know you and also how your previous roles have prepared you for the current role. While i didnt make it to get an offer, the company seems like an amazing company to work for. The recruiter was always very good about answering emails and keeping me in the loop about what was going on. While it didnt work out this time i really hope I have the opportunity to work with starboard in the future because they have amazing benefits and i havnt seen anything like it. You can also tell they really take care of their employees, because a lot of people on linkedin have been with the company for YEARS.
