I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Starcom Worldwide (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2017
Interview
The process is pretty vigorous. You'll speak with at least three people for one hour each. You'll likely never work with these people yet they will talk to you. It was a long day but overall very basic standard questions.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Starcom Worldwide
Interview
Virtual interview with three people, none from the office I applied to. Each person had a different role, and asked more about why I wanted to work at an agency. Received a follow up email with offer after one week.

Interview
One human resources call screen, and then four interviews with different leveled supervisors and directors. Sometimes they try to knock out all four on one day which is tiring. Honestly, the HR one felt the most cut throat and like I was being grilled.
