Interview
They called me to schedule an interview. It was very basic and very easy-going! It took awhile to get a call, but that's because the HR guy was out on medical leave, so I'm not sure how long it would take normally! I was mostly asked about my previous work history, how I handle stressful situations, and what my future career goals were.

Interview
I had applied on Indeed for the job a few months back. I didn't hear anything so assumed I didn't get the job, but was later called in for an interview a few weeks after applying. I had played phone/email tag for a few weeks to schedule the interview. Interview was pretty easy with general questions about why I was interested/qualified for the job. The interviewer seemed a little frazzled and didn't seem to know much about my work history-- I guess she had a lot of interviews that day. Anyway, I thought it went well and was told they were making a decision the following week. I had sent a thank-you email and then a follow up email after not hearing back that next week. Found out via an email reply that the hiring decision was being delayed. Never heard back after that, even with a few additional email follow-ups. I guess I didn't get the job-- just wish I would have gotten a definite answer.

Question 1
What experience do you have working with kids with autism?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Starr Commonwealth in Aug 2012
Interview
Very simple to be honest. They ask what you bring to the table and how you will use this knowledge to help struggling kids. Spent 2 years before getting promoted. They usually choose to promote within which can sometimes hurt as it creates a lack of new ideas. Overall very simple 15 min interview.
