      Customer Service Associate Interview

      6 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at StartPlaying

      Interview

Went through 2 rounds of interviews, only to be hit with a generic rejection message after the 2nd. The male interviewer seemed like a write off as soon as the interview began, so I can’t say I was incredibly surprised. They seem nice enough & I’m sure they’re compassionate in other ways, but I believe the way you treat people you don’t have a direct relationship with matters. If someone’s interviewed with you, especially multiple times, I feel like a direct rejection is the more kind option.
