Interview
Consist of 2 phone interviews and a few assessments ( English test, Maths test, Chinese competency test, Amazon Chinese test and Chinese typing speed test)
The assessments are easy only basic understanding of the questions needed.
Both of the phone interviews requires you to answer in English and Chinese.
The first phone interview is from HR department. The interviewer is friendly and explains the job description very clearly. I have a good time talking to the interviewer.
The second phone interview is from one of the operations team. The interviewer sounds very serious and the tone is somewhat unsatisfied with my answer. The sessions ends around 8 minutes. It was quite a bad experience for me as it is too serious and no detailed explanation is answered based on the questions I given.
Feedbacks:
HR department did a great job.
Operations team should be friendlier during the interview. Interview is just a conversation to get to know the people fitting for the respective jobs. People will find it difficult to open up and to answer the questions in detail if the interview is too serious.

1. Call by 1st interviewer (Phone screening)
2. Online interview by 2nd interviewer (team leader)
They will give u a situation and just said how u gonna to solve it.
Phone interview at first, followed by Hiring Manager's interview. The HR able to provide details about the job which gives me an exposure and brief understanding throughout the position before i decided to take up this position.
Brief, smooth with detail explanation about the job scope, the work environment. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. Have two different interview. First with hr then the team manager
