I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stash (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
After a phone interview, I was given a fairly difficult and time consuming take-home test. After implementing an iOS app with the required features, I was brought onsite and had 3 interviews which included general iOS questions, then architecture questions and finally whiteboard coding 2 algorithms.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stash (New York, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
Initial phone call with Ben who is awesome, probably the best recruiter I dealt with during this job search. Honestly everyone I met there on the mobile team and the VP of Engineering were awesome, really cool and smart people.
After the initial call, had a take-home. You could definitely hack it out in 2 hours if you wanted, but it leaves room for you to show off your process, a little architecture, etc. After that had an on-site with 2 members of the mobile team, this session was architecture.
After that a session with the VP of engineering who gives you a white board problem. Nothing too wild, I recognized it as a common problem but couldn't remember the best way to solve it. It was pretty fun to work through it with him, felt like I was back in a CS class solving a puzzle instead of a job interview.
Mobile lead was out that day so had a second on-site just with him. Pair programming. Admittedly I should have been faster, but I've never used VIPER so all the jargon just ended up making me over-think the simple task that needed to be accomplished. Got the tests green but I'm guessing this was probably my weakest session.
Got the rejection email from Ben 2 days later saying I wasn't a good fit. Kind of sucks, I had another offer on the table that I wasn't going to accept that I told the third party recruiter they found me through about, got the feeling they thought I was giving them a 2 day hard deadline so obviously they passed to review other candidates.
Cool company though, definitely would recommend working here, especially if you don't mind VIPER.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary vs any other tech interview, you're not going to be getting some obscure graph questions or anything.
