The interview process was actually really fun. A big reason for that is that Stash has genuinely good people. The questions came from fairly standard categories (skills, experience, interests, coding challenges), and what made the interview process stand out was that at every stage, you feel like you're talking to a close friend. I was treated very well from start to finish, and everyone went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. In particular, one of their recruiters, Ben, has officially dethroned Facebook as the best recruiting experience I've had, and that's saying a lot. By being so helpful and focusing on the human relationship rather than just closing another deal, he has not only made Stash appealing to me as a candidate; he has also made me want to point great developers in his direction. The dude is operating at another level, and that's probably why he gets such good results. I highly recommend Stash as a place to work.
