The interview panel will be made of a couple instructors from the department of the job opening, a couple department chairs from across campus, and an administrator. The panel size depends on timing. The questions are the same for everyone, and the panel takes turns asking a question from the list. There is free time at the end for anyone to ask additional questions including the interview, of course. The second part of the interview is a 10-minute teaching demonstration.
