State of Arkansas interview questions

It was a two round process and they just saw my enthusiasm and willingness to help and my understanding of technical issues. It was with hiring manager and director. The first round and second round.

Fun and engaging. Had a panel of 10-11 people. Each department head in the agency took time to come in and ask questions over about a two-hour period. I really appreciated that so many leaders within the agency took time out of their busy day to ask questions.
