State of Idaho interview questions

Interview process was pretty straight forward. They called and requested and interview. I interviewed with 3 department heads. They were courteous enough to actually print out their questions, so it was much easier to give clear, concise answers.

Two step process; first round with the supervisors and second round with the commissioners. First round questions were based on past experiences, behavioral, teamwork, etc. Based on the success of first round, second round was scheduled, it was simple know-how questions.
