State of Iowa interview questions

Long pre-screening process and questions before applying and then being asked back for an interview. The interview was scheduled almost one month out even though the job opening was closed. There are 30 minute time windows.

It was done online. A series of questions that they wanted answers to. It takes a lot just to get through pre-screening. Most of the screeners have no clue what they’re doing. One argued with me about my degree and refused to concede even with proof. She no longer even asks me if she’s screening a job I apply for. She just rejects me saying I don’t qualify. It’s incredibly frustrating.
