State of Maryland interview questions

In person with the direct supervisor then the managers then the clerk of court comes in for a final interview. The process was easy but 2-3 step process. Each interview was routine and the same questions were asked.

1. Submitted application 2. Email for initial phone screen about 3 weeks later (mid August) 3. In-person panel interview the following week 4. Conditional offer email within 4 days 5. Finger printing/background check the next week 6. Email in early September that I was no longer being considered for the position (presumably because I didn’t provide enough detail on the supplemental background questionnaire about prior thc use). They don’t give you a reason and I have no criminal history or other disqualifying skeletons.
