The panel emailed a list of questions prior to the interview. The interview questions were pretty standard and I appreciated the early heads up. They must be extremely overwhelmed in their office because it took months to get an interview after my application went in.
Interview was scheduled quickly as the hiring process was excellerated due to the need of hiring 23 managers. The interview questions were direct, not too difficult and the interview panel was nice which helped in me not being nervous when answering the questions.

Question 1
What is your experience and how would you be a good fit for the position?
Waited a few weeks for a call to schedule interview, was given a choice of a few days/times. Interview was conducted over Teams with a panel of 3 interviewers. Questions were emailed 30 minutes prior to interview, which was a nice benefit but not enough time to prep for all of the questions. There were a lot of questions. The interviewers were not easy to read. One asked where I moved here from when I asked if they had any concerns about me being a fit. I feel like since I am not from here, it hurt my chances, but I do realize they probably had other highly qualified candidates. Who knows? I probably wouldn’t apply again for this role or with this particular county.
